We did a sort-of dress rehearsal on the 6th in Koosharem in the form of an openhouse. We held it at my in-laws home, and it turned out perfect. I knew quite a few of the people that came (thats kinda what happens when you have been dating for 4 years...). Betsy, Levi's mom, had cheesecake and yummy punch for refreshments ( I told her she could do whatever she wanted). Hmm....I don't think I have any pictures from that one....I'll have to check. There may be pictures later!
That night before the wedding, the wind was blowing like MAD, and I didnt sleep very well. I was kind of freaking out about everything looking awful. I kept praying that the weather would work out, that it could keep doing this til 10AM, and then it had to be over so we could clean things up. Lo and behold, at 10 AM, the weather turned beautiful!! Prayers were answered, and I relaxed.
We got everything set up, and we had about an hour and a half before the ceremony, and my dad asked me what music I was going to use for the reception. Well, I hadnt picked any. So whats awesome is my dad threw some stuff together, and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. We played Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, Cream, David Bowie, Heart, and TONS of other awesomely cool bands (did anyone notice when you came to the reception??)
This is me giving a goofy smile to my man as my daddy walked me up the aisle. I was so collected until my dad wiped a tear from his eye and then I cried like a baby as we walked!
There we are with Mayor Jones in my grandma's backyard for the ceremony--- I spent about five minutes on my hair and makeup, which was pretty funny, considering the time I know most girls spend on any average day!
My new in-laws, though it feels like I've been in the family forever! Thats Mark and Rachel, Anne, Ron, Betsy, and of course my handsome husband and I.
And then there is my wonderful family-- my sister-in-law, Candice, is due any minute now!
This is us, making us official.
For the reception, we stood in front of the old Ford that belongs to my grandma.
And THAT is my freakin' awesome bouquet. It was my favorite part of the entire thing..well, besides Levi and I actually getting married, of course :)
Since I turned 16, I pretty much had everything a kid could want, so my mom started my trousseau. As these pics show, I now have everything a grown woman could want! It blew me away when I saw everything displayed.
So there is the main event. Candice has some better pictures of the tables, flowers, and others, so next time I head to my parents, (which could be soon since she could have Jack today!) I will get those and post them too!

I am still slightly bitter about the sweet soap dispenser not being in your new house... I think it is quite tasteful.
